Final Sale Items

  • All merchandise that is marked, “On Sale,” can not be returned or exchanged; all sales are final!
  • All earrings are final sale!

 

Returns

Please note all returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY! If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly accept your return, as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • Email info@amormovementboutique.com; Subject: Return + Order# to inquire about a possible return. Please note that an email must be sent first before process can begin.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Item is not damaged, used, or alter.

Once your  item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of approval or rejection.

If you are approved, a store credit will appear on your account within 1-2 business days of approval. Please note store credit excludes shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if you bought the wrong ring size or your item arrived defective or damaged. If that item is no longer available then a STORE CREDIT (excluding shipping) will be issued. To begin your exchange process the following must be met:

  • Email info@amormovementboutique.com; Subject: Return + Order# to  inquire about a possible exchange. Please note that an email must be sent first before process can begin.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt. 

Once your exchange item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the cost to ship your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, delivery times may vary. Please keep this in mind to comply with the 10 day return/exchange policy. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
