Final Sale Items:

  • On Sale Items: All merchandise that is marked, “On Sale,” will not be accepted for return or exchange; all sales are final.

 Exchange Policy:

  • Email info@amormovementboutique.com to inquire about a possible exchange. Please note that an email must be sent first before process can begin.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt of purchase.


Exchanges

Once your exchange item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of approval or rejection.

If you are approved, then your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If that item is no longer available then a store credit (excluding shipping) will be issued. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the cost to ship your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, delivery times may vary. Please keep this in mind to comply with the 14 day return/exchange policy.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
